Toddlers are tiny foreigners

Real talk: I had to wipe up crumbs from the table to get a crumb-free photo. Three hours after breakfast...

It all started with this journal I got about a year ago (from Target, obviously). I wanted to keep track of the funny things that started happening when I became a mom. Because let's face it, toddlers are like tiny foreigners. They don't know the social norms or customs and when you try to explain it to them, they don't understand the language.
Toddlers are unfiltered, unapologetic and sometimes jerks. And it's the times that don't go according to plan that make me laugh the most. And laughing is my only option because what else could I do? Cry? Sell them to gypsies? I haven't completely ruled out gypsies.
